The American School Of Laughter Yoga is looking for a Manager Of Social Media.
He/she will be responsible for devising a social media strategy in support of all key products, across various social media sites including but not limited to FaceBook, YouTube, Twitter, Flickr, Digg and others. See:

The ideal candidate will also effectively direct social media and internet communities, including blogs, message boards and chat to generate interaction, brand exposure and sales.
The Manager of Social Media will be charged with growing the use of Social Media as a viable communication channel with students, teachers and product experts.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate facebook pages & applications, blogs and twitter profiles
- Create integration and syndication between all social profiles and platforms
- Create, track and maintain a social media strategy for Company
- Define, gather and organize project assets
- Develop plans to support new product launches and company initiatives
- Implement online marketing plans for social media and word of mouth driven programs
- Influencer Outreach – Identify and communicate with online influencers present in various social media outlets
- Investigate and implement new technologies, services and capabilities and/or vendor solutions that enhance social media efforts
- Monitor and engage in brand related online conversations
- Provide metrics and ROI for participation in social media sites and ensure success
- Research and propose new opportunities for social media marketing and advertising campaigns
- Stay current with social media trends and incorporate as appropriate to improve the customer experience, drive sales and leverage ongoing customer involvement
- Work with internal team to create compelling viral campaigns to drive awareness and sales across all key brands and constituents
- Work with product team to develop content to push through social media
Skills
- Ability to multitask and self-manage

- Familiarity with online social networking, the blogosphere, search tools and general Web 2.0 (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Wikipedia, Digg, Etc)
- Good writing and interpersonal communication skills
- Innovative, Detail Oriented and Organized
- Internet marketing related experience
- Passion for social media and the internet.
- Proactive; Take Direction And Run With It.
The Deal
- You have time, expertise, and wish to help us help others. This is a volunteer position.
- You will work from home (we’re based in Los Angeles, California, and you could be based anywhere in the world).
- You will report directly to Sebastien Gendry, C.E.O. of the American School Of Laughter Yoga.
